TECHINICAL MEMORY
In injection services, the cylinder heads of diesel motors have always been critical points in the rectification process, it being common to decarbonize the heads during the rebore and machining of cylinders and pistons.
INJTEC, departing from standard market practice, has overcome the critical nature of this work, thanks to a series of special procedures, in addition to decarbonizing with a chemical product.
A good example is the elaboration of metering maps for each cylinder head, which become a support tool for the Technical Memory of the service carried out.
Besides this, a complete stock of parts and spares makes it possible to remanufacture cylinder heads, safety valves, starting valves, air cocks and other vital components which guarantee the performance of the reconditioned systems.
INJTEC maintains a contract with Federal University of Rio de Janeiro to the development of materials used in reconditioned.

DATA MANAGEMENT
As a Quality Policy, Injtec has developed a data file separated for each customer equipment including the service reports and technical data that allows the Injtec clients , at any time, to retrieve any required data for the performance evaluation of the equipment and other purposes.
These files are a fundamental tool for the customers´ planned maintenance.
